The person who designed Kula's gameplay must really hate her. Why doesn't her One Inch juggle the same way as K's One Inch? Why is her heavy Diamond Breath useless now? Why can't you juggle with her Counter Shell if it's not the first hit? What's the point of her EX Ray Spin (sit)? Why is it so difficult to land all hits of her max Diamond Edge?
